Seeds of Greatness - Work Your Gifts
Seeds are small, but seeds are powerful. Your gifts are no different. They may be dormant but they can be activated whereby you can manifest greatness and fulfill your dreams!
You don't have to be like everyone else. Just be you! Be the happiest most self-aware you there can be. Become aware of and acknowledge your gifts, talents and abilities.
Remove the word "only" from your vocabulary. Stop focusing on what you don't have and start focusing on what you do have. God wants to get in your little and make it more than enough.
Colonel Sanders had an ability to make fried chicken, which most mothers can do. Yet because he gave attention to his gift, today KFC is a multi-million dollar franchise. Most people don't have any idea where Kentucky is on a map. Cooking chicken however put KFC and Colonel Sanders on the map on a worldwide scale.
Danny DeVito was too short in the minds of many to make it as an actor in Hollywood. Nevertheless he paid attention to his gift to entertain and pushed past the naysayers to become a very successful and famous actor.
Cindy Crawford's small mole on her face was enough to ruin her hopes to be a model said some people. Yet it was that very thing that became her trademark and differentiated her from all the other models.
DL Moody failed his church's course on the Bible and was excommunicated. Yet DL did not give up. This uneducated shoe salesman went on to found a Bible school of his own and to become the most popular evangelist of his day. Today Moody Bible Institute is one of the most respected theological seminaries in the country. What caused DL to succeed was his ability to relate to people and to put things in the language of the commmon man.
You currently may seem far away from your desired career, relationship and place in life. Nevertheless as you give atention to your own seeds of greatness within, you will begin to blossom into your dreams
When you begin to give attention to the gifts God has given you, they will begin to blossom for you. Sometimes the very thing we resist the most is the very thing designed by God to get us where we want to go. Yet the more we resist it the more we frustrate the grace of God in us.
Though Jesus was called to build a ministry to impact the world, He had to start by working on Himself the minister. This training required that he first build tables and chairs as a carpenter. It is like the karate kid who thought he was ready to fight when his master wanted to first have him paint fences and buff cars, while perfecting a particular technique by reason of use. He nearly walked away from his training thinking it to be a distraction and detour from his intended destiny.
Sometimes we need to settle into what life's circumstances may be bringinjg us as the handiwork of God may be in progress. Preparation time is not lost time. Plus it is during these seasons of using our small gifts which are still in seed form that the greater gifts ultimately emerge and catapult us to greatness beyond our wildest dreams!

The Top Five Celebrity Honeymoon Destinations
The Seychelles
In July 2000, back when Angie was still married to Billy Bob and before anyone had even heard of John Mayer, Brad and Jen celebrated their honeymoon holiday in the Seychelles. Not a couple to do anything by halves, they booked the entire Fregate Island, a plush resort that holds a maximum of 40 guests at a time. With hindsight this may seem an excessive waste of money, but actually the couple came away a lot better than the next pair of celebs to book out this romantic island; Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills.
However, honeymoon holidays on these picturesque islands will not necessarily lead to divorce. Liz Hurley and Arun Nayer have recently celebrated their 3rd wedding anniversary after honeymooning on Fregate Island in 2003.
The Maldives
The Maldives have always been a popular place for luxury honeymoons and Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' honeymoon holiday was of no exception. The couple spent a week cruising around the 1192 tiny islands on a friend's classic yacht and even made time during their stay to eat out at the ultra-exclusive underwater restaurant in the Conrad Hotel on Rangali Island. The couple and their baby daughter, Suri, sadly had to head home early when their honeymoon holiday was blighted by a tropical storm.
The Maldives was also the luxury honeymoon destination of choice for Black-Eyed Peas singer, Fergie, when she married Josh Duhamel in January 2009. The glamorous couple stayed at a luxury hotel, in a secluded suite which is reported to have cost over £10,000 a week. They shunned the hotel's restaurant in favour of a private butler, who cooked them freshly grilled crayfish from the terrace of the villa.
Phuket, Thailand
David Gest and Liza Minneli chose to take their luxury honeymoon at the romantic resort of Amanpuri in Phuket, Thailand. However this bizarre couple's turbulent marriage lasted less than a year and a half and is a far cry from what must have been a relaxing and tranquil honeymoon holiday in a resort which literally translates to mean 'place of peace'.
Barbados
Mick Jagger, Sting, The Beckhams and The Blairs are regularly seen topping up their tans at the exclusive Sandy Lane resort in Barbados, and even the Queen has been known to have paid the luxury hotel a visit. Therefore it was of no surprise that Tiger Woods choose to marry his long-term girlfriend at this destination. All of the guests were picked up from the airport in a Bentley, as is de rigueur at this hotel and the extravagant reception was held on the golf course. Cindy Crawford is another celebrity who has fallen to Barbados' tropical charms; she married Rande Gerber in a beautiful barefoot ceremony on the island in 1998.
Fiji
Fiji was the luxury honeymoon destination of choice for Britney and K-Fed in 2004 and Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey in 2002. However, the longevity of these marriages can not be blamed on the romantic resort of Turtle Island, where both couples were staying at the time. Turtle Island is universally acknowledged to be the most romantic destination in the world. The private island is home to 14 private beaches, where moonlit picnics and bareback horse rides into the surf are commonplace. The island only lets on 12 couples at a time, meaning there are officially more beaches than couples in this luxury honeymoon destination.

The world-class Two Oceans Aquarium reveals many more marine creatures, including seven sharks that cruise around their enormous circular aquarium.
One of the beast ways to enjoy the spectacular scenery in and around Cape Town's Table Bay is to take any one of the many boat or helicopter trips that depart from the Waterfront daily.

Cindy Crawford's Meaningful Beauty Versus Reclaim! Which is Better?
There are a host of beauty products on the market that claim to redefine the affects of aging and skin care, aimed at offering a lot of promise to middle aged woman who definitely don't want to show their age. Cindy Crawford's Meaningful Beauty and Victoria Principal's Reclaim are two of the most popular products on the market. Both products target women who are looking for a worthy product effective at reducing wrinkles and fine lines, reversing sun damage as well as preventing premature skin aging. Meaningful Beauty reviews as well as Reclaim consumer reviews have been overwhelmingly positive and both products consist of a full skin care line that is to be used daily replacing all other products collecting dust in the medicine cabinet. So which one is best? You might have to try them both to decide; but the following information may disclose which one is your best bet as far as a new, age reducing skin care regime.
Cindy Crawford's Meaningful Beauty skin care line has been developed and backed by a dermatologist by the name of Dr. Sebagh who is well known as the skin care specialist to the stars. The product line is based on scientific research showing that collagen and anti-oxidants are the leading beneficial nutrients when it comes to our skin and the key ingredient is an extract from a rare French melon that contains a high level of antioxidants. Meaningful Beauty has a very distinct smell to its skin care products which is the result of the rare melon. Consumer reviews suggest that the smell is very appealing. The makers of Meaningful Beauty have literally patented the phrase "age maintenance" and claim that this product with antioxidants, collagen, lipids, coenzymes and minerals will not just diminish wrinkles and fine lines but prevent new ones as well. This Meaningful Beauty skin care line comes with a 30 day introductory offer of $29.99 and a money back guarantee and the price jumps to $110 for 3 months after the trial period. This makes Meaningful Beauty not just revolutionary, but well priced for the average user as well.
One of the downfalls to this system is that the products and creams only have an SPF of 20. While the smell is appealing to most, there are some consumers who felt that it was too strong and even overpowered perfumes. Most consumers who used the product as designed (meaning all the products from the wash, scrubs to the lotions and night time creams) saw some results and it seems to be effective at removing redness and making skin much softer. Some dermatologists, however, claim that Meaningful Beauty's claims to undo the affects of sun damage are false because sun damage drastically reduces the elasticity and deeper layers of the skin. All in all, the product seems to receive a rating of anywhere from 7-10 (out of 10) from consumers, which indicates that the product is useful and effective as designed.
Victoria Principal's answer to Meaningful Beauty is a skin care line called Reclaim. Reclaim has become vastly popular probably in part because of its low introductory offer for a 30 day supply of $19.95. One of the secrets to Reclaim, part of the Principal Secret line, is the patented technology of moisture lock which ensures that the products deliver a time released moisture seal that will help to reduce lines and wrinkles. The science behind Reclaim is that by offering a continuous flow of moisture to the epidermis facial skin; it will remain pliable and the appearance will be smoother, softer and younger. Whether Reclaim is challenged with sun damage, frown or brow lines, it is the moisture that is the key to the products age reduction claims. The products also include exfoliates and a minimal SPF of 20. Reclaim is also sure that consumers will be pleased that they also offer a money back guarantee and they do have excellent offers for the first 3 months of use that can reduce the monthly cost anywhere from $5-15 dollars per month.
Reclaim has received positive reviews as a whole. Most consumers do recognize that their skin feels softer, more pliable and that fine lines are reduced within the first week of usage. Other consumers felt that the ingredients were too greasy and left a residue on the face that caused inadvertent breakouts.
Essentially, both of these products are valuable skin care lines. One of the problems is that both websites have excellent pricing structures for the first month until the third but then the prices jump up drastically. Unfortunately, few customers are aware of this at the onset! For women who have very dry skin, the Reclaim system may work a little better since it has been developed with moisture in mind. For other women who suffer with acne, redness or do not have overly dry skin, the Meaningful Beauty skin care system may work better as it is more abrasive and has some harsher ingredients in it that may help eliminate acne. It might be wise for consumers to enroll in the free trial period and try both products side by side to see which one works the best. Keep in mind that canceling both products in a timely manner is important to keep your account from being charged which has been the largest complaint by consumers for both products.

Meaningful Beautiful Skin Care
In our society today it seems as though many of us are dismissing the way we abuse our skin, especially our faces. Our life span has been increasing for as long as I've been alive and I don't think any of us are looking forward to wrinkled skin. Yet having a proper skin care regime for most of us is not part of our daily routines. If we plan to age gracefully into our golden years, now would be a pretty good time to do something about it. Our skin is a very fragile commodity whether we realize it or not. And it's up to us to take care of it now. This entails protecting it from the damaging effects of the sun's UV rays, moisturizing daily and of course cleaning it properly.
Consider your current daily routine. Do you cleanse your face everyday? I'm sure you'll agree how important it is to remove any dirt and grime from make up. Hopefully you're not using a traditional bar of soap. That may be acceptable for the skin on our bodies, but it definitely will not be kind to our faces. That is of course if we want it to remain supple and delicate. A separate cleanser specifically designed to clean our faces gently is needed. What we want to do is remove the dirt, grime, oil and make-up without stripping away the natural moisture it contains. However, after we complete this step, the next thing to do is to add a moisturizer to replace and repair any dry areas. This should be done immediately after padding the face dry so that the moisture can be soaked up right away.
This is meaningful beautiful skin care that everyone should know and follow. Also make sure that the water is tepid and not too hot. Hot water will strip the skin of its natural moisture and preserving that moisture should be a top priority. Otherwise it could lead to eczema or other skin problems.
Our worst enemy can be sunlight. Do NOT take this lightly. If you're a sun worshiper now or at sometime in your past, I'm sure you've heard it before, but I'll say it here again. USE Sunscreen! I often hear recommendations of an SPF of 15 or higher, but I'm here to tell you that the higher the number the smarter the person. There is nothing more harmful to your skin than the powerful rays of the sun. And that is the truth whether you want to believe it or not. To prove it to yourself you need only to look at your backside to see the difference. If you didn't know it before let me tell you now. The sun's rays cause premature aging and premature ageing includes wrinkles galore.
One more thing I must not fail to mention is smoking. Smoking can be just as damaging to your precious complexion as tanning. If looking young is important to you and you are a smoker and a sun worshiper, here are two things you can stop doing today to take care of your skin and slow down the appearance of aging. It reminds me of the commercial about the mechanic who encourages folks to change their oil and says "you can pay me now, or you can pay me later." Point being that the price you pay later will be much greater. Take good care of your skin now and your beauty will last a lifetime.

Cape Town Blaauwberg-With Spectacular Views Towards Table Mountain
The wide sweep of Table Bay north of the city will take the visitor through the residential suburb of Milnerton, past the Rietvlei wetlands and onto Table View and Bloubergstrand. The area is collectively known as Blaauwberg.
Milnerton, founded in 1897, was named after Lord Alfred Milner, one time High Commissioner for South Africa. After a slow start, the area began to grow steadily after the arrival of the railway in the early years of the 20th Century. Today, Milnerton is one of the fastest growing areas in the Western Cape, where development has escalated at a phenomenal pace over the past decade. Milnerton is blessed from a residential point of view with spectacular views over the bay towards Table Mountain. The area is well served with a bustling commercial centre, booming residential areas along the coastline and plenty of entertainment.
Table View is further north, across the Rietvlei wetlands and lagoon which is popular for its abundant birdlife, is the relatively new area of Table View. Popular with young families, Table View is a young, vibrant and growing cosmopolitan community. The beachfront is lined with gleaming apartment blocks, plenty of restaurants, pubs and entertainment venues.
Outdoor activities within the Table View area include the local racing circuit at Killarney which features on the national racing map. On the Rietvlei lagoon, water skiing and sailing can be enjoyed while the beaches at Bloubergstrand are popular with kite surfers. If a round of golf is your preferred outdoor activity, the Milnerton Golf Course offers world class standards with spectacular views off table Mountain.
Bloubergstrand (Blaauwberg) is famous for its endless white sandy beaches and views across Table Bay to Table Mountain and Robben Island. It is located only 20 minutes from Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront, 30 minutes to the Wine Route and the International Airport.
A well developed beachfront offers a variety of pubs, restaurants and other vibrant entertainment venues that come to life as the sun goes down. Major national and international windsurfing competitions are often held at Big Bay, a popular beach resort.
Any one of the many restaurants strung along the beachfront Bloubergstrand provides unobstructed views over the bay to Robben Island, the notorious island prison made famous by retired South African president Nelson Mandela who spent many years incarcerated, along with several of his colleagues for their political convictions.
The area is at the gateway to the West Coast with it's wild flower viewing, water-sports and wind-surfing.
Come for a visit.

Cultivating Of Succulent Plants In South Africa
The successful cultivation of succulents requires patience, knowledge and a little luck. To me, there is no guide that you are able to follow to cultivate succulents, you have to learn from your mistakes. The fact that succulents occur in wide variety of areas with different types of soil and different annual rainfall amounts around the world should give you an idea that not just one type of soil or just one type of watering regime will suffice for all succulent plants.
In this section, I am going to try to give you some tips on growing your plants but you will have to form your own watering guidelines, soil type preferences etc. The reason I write that you must form your own watering guidelines, soil types, etc is simple, we all grow our plants in different micro-climates. Some of us live in hot and humid areas, others in hot and dry areas and some live in areas where it gets really cold.
Light Exposure: Succulents vary in their need for light. Some species occur in areas where the light is very strong others grow under bushes, in the shade of hills and in the shade of rocks. Lithops, for instance, requires full sun to very bright light while Haworthias thrive in shady spots.
Keep an eye on your plants, if they start going lanky and pale green in colour then they need more light. Be careful when this happens, do not move the plant into too much light as it may burn or be scorched. Rather introduce it gradually into stronger light. If your plants (especially newly bought or seedlings) show signs of discoloration, a reddish-purplish tinge or white blotches, then you need to move it to an area with less intense light.
Watering plants: Many factors influence how often you should water your plants; temperature, growth media, humidity, air circulation etc. The best guideline is one gained through experience. The water you use should have a PH of between seven and six. Water that has a high PH (above seven) neutralizes many pesticides and locks up trace elements, adding a bit of vinegar or citric acid to your water will lower its PH.
Brackish (water with a high sodium or sodium carbonate content) or hard water will, overtime, leave a residue of mineral salts that could be detrimental to your plants. To help prevent this flush you plants out with fresh water regularly. The use of a water softener is not recommended as sodium chloride (table salt) is used to recharge the water softeners and table salt will do damage to your plants.
Feeding plants: As with watering your plants, you have to develop a fertilizing guideline. Some plants require more fertilizers than others. the use of a well-balanced fertilizer (20:20:20) with chelated trace elements is recommended. You can fertilize your plants with a dilute fertilize solution at every watering but you must "rinse" your plants out occasionally with a clean watering, this prevents a mineral build-up which can be detrimental to your plants. Alternatively you can fertilize your plants a few times during their active growth season with a stronger fertlizer solution, whichever works best for you. Do not fertilize plants that are dormant or that are going into dormancy. Plants that are over-fed will grow well but they may become more susceptible to disease and pests.
Soils: One of the most highly discussed subjects between succulent enthusiasts. You will with experience, sigh, find the perfect mix for your plants. Asclepiads (Stapelia, Huernia, etc.) like a gritty, porous well-drained soil mix while plants like Gasteria and Haworthia like a soil-mix that is high in organics.
My Gasterias and Haworthias are grown in a medium that is rich in organics while my Asclepiads are grown in a mix that is very low in organics.

Top 10 Little Black Dresses of All Time
Barely a hundred years ago, the black dress was somber and depressing. It was no more than the traditional mourning garb for grieving widows to make sure their dead husbands won't come knocking late at night. Thankfully, the great Coco Chanel had a vision, and in 1926, she single-handedly rescued the black dress from its morbid reputation. It has since been reinvented into the LBD, the little black dress. The rest, you could say, is fashion history. Here's a look at the top 10 most unforgettable LBDs of all time.
10. At first glance, it looked like no more than a piece of black fabric held together by a few giant safety pins. That was Elizabeth Hurley's Versace outfit at the 1994 premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral. That black dress was literally little, and though it was severely criticized back then, it certainly was unforgettable. It paved the way for the short-lived and the now-defunct giant safety pin trend (does anybody still remember that?).
9. It's hard to put a list together without Kirsten Dunst making an appearance. In this case, who can forget the oh-so feminine Rodarte number that she wore at Spider-Man 3's 2007 London premiere? It was almost eerie how the LBD contrasted with her naturally pale skin, completing a look that was romantic, ethereal, and unbelievably fresh.
8. Even before she became THE Halle Berry, Halle Berry already had a style of her own. She turned heads back in the 1992 Soap Opera Digest Awards when she waltzed right in donning a strapless, poufy, full-skirted LBD that looked suspiciously like a Karl Lagerfield creation. She might have been almost unknown then, but she had the press scrambling for pictures!
7. Very few people can pull off a dress that looks like something you catch fish with, but Gwyneth Paltrow did at the 2008 premiere of Iron Man in Rome. Gwyneth stunned spectators when she arrived at the red carpet wearing a peculiarly deceptive Jean Paul Gaultier creation. At first look, it looked scandalously transparent - a surprise, considering it's the ever demure Ms. Paltrow.
6. If there's one person who's often seen in little black dresses aplenty, it's Reese Witherspoon. Seen promoting her film Rendition at the Toronto Film Festival in a form-fitting strapless Jean Paul Gaultier creation, Reese looked fabulously sleek and smoldering. Accessorized with diamonds aplenty, Christian Louboutin peep-toe pumps, and squeeze, Jake Gyllenhaal the look is nothing short of historical.
5. Of course, who can forget the black lace cocktail dress immortalized by Julia Roberts in the fairy tale to end all fairy tales, Pretty Woman? It's a classic. Enough said.
4. Who would've though that a star would be caught dead wearing something that was originally intended for recycling? Well, apparently it could happen, just like the black bandage dress Cindy Crawford wore to the 100th Anniversary of Vogue back in 1993. Since it was created by Herve Leger in 1985, the dress has made numerous comebacks.
3. Devilish - that's what the LBD Nicole Kidman wore to the 2005 Tribeca Film Festival is. With a simple bodice, gorgeous diamond-studded straps, and a backside that teases, the Azzaro creation is no less than stunning!
2. Of course, you can't have a list of LBDs without Victoria Beckham in it. From her Spice Girls days to her Mrs. Beckham fame, it seems like Posh can't be seen without one for very long. Who can miss the be-ribboned Giambattista Valli frock that she wore to the TomKat wedding in 2006? Even the Philip Treacy hat is unforgettable.
1. And finally, who can forget Audrey Hepburn's legendary little black dress from 1961's Breakfast at Tiffany's? Sold for £410,000 in a 2006 auction, this Givenchy LBD is, hands down, a star in its own right!
Without a doubt, LBDs are forever. And we owe it all to a woman named Coco.
